Need 95 counties to win the game?
I got another emperor seat but it did nothing, Wu Shu and Wei are the 3 kingdoms, do I really need to take another 65 counties for me to win? Does having 3 seats make it easier?

Did you got all 3 Emperor Seats?

The rules are clear that you have to keep yours and defaet the other two claimants.

There also is a "Adbicate" Diplomacy Option. You will need good war results to force a AI into that, but it is worth noting.

i just ran it down to both capitals with their emperor seats and yanked that ♥♥♥♥ and won
