Why do Guo Si and Li Jie consistently fail to make any impression on Dong Min's faction during their civil war, despite normally signing up with Lu Bu and Zhang Liao to head into the eastern lands and briefly vassalise Liu Bei?
All of this but the Liu Yu/Gongsun Du parts are good points. Gongsun Du never served or fought with Gongsun Zan, and Liu Yu was only barely connected with Yuan Shao, Shao didnt even aid him agains Gongsun Zan.
The Li Jue and Guo Si event is strange because I never see it actually effect anything, and the two of them usually end up being available for hire or back under Dong Min the next turn. Do they even get armies or try to do anything?
