Thanks a lot, the game runs more fluently now!
Thanks! I haven't got the game yet but knowing Dosbox I hope this makes things feel smooth. Nothing's worse than trying to play a game like this with a choppy mouse.

Thanks! This helped a ton! Exactly what I was looking for

you could use in [render] section :
scaler=normal2x

To keep the old school pixel mode :p

On my laptop, my mouse would not work in fullscreen till I set it at these settings.

output=overlay

scaler=advinterp1x

Wow, this works really well, thanks for sharing this! I've already seen a huge graphical and performance increase.

Thanks to all who keep updating what works and doesn't work for them, should help the few people that still play UFO Defense; even once Enemy Unkown releases. ;D

Hi guys. I wanted to give UFO Defense a go before starting Enemy Unknown.

Thank you Captain Falco for the info, but I have one question: I got as far as 'DOSBOX' in the filepath, but I do not see a '.config' file. I only see 'AUTHORS', 'COPYING', 'INSTALL', 'NEWS', 'README', and 'THANKS'.

Am I missing something/looking in the wrong place? Thanks in advance..

Your actually one folder further down than you should be, just go back to the UFO Defense folder right before what your in and double click the dosbox.conf file. And thats it! ;D Have fun playing UFO Defense before Enemy Unknown, they're both amazing.

When I click to open it says it cannot read the file. What do I do? I want my money back! XD
