I have a question about sacred sorrows, if i take all S+ ranks and then i go for a ng+ i keep the grades or it reset?( Sorry for the english)

What do you mean by "S+ ranks"?, if you're talking about the upgrades of mea culpa then yes, the upgrades are kept, the only thing you "lose" is the "true heart of mea culpa" and the side quest itens

It doesn't matter since Sacred Sorrows record & Pilgrim progress are separated. but when you access Sacred Sorrow, it will use all items, health & fevour bar of the save slots, so bewares.
