Marching speed is stuck at 4

The marching Speed of my army is stuck at 4, and my marching speed skill is at 3/5 (Consitution dictates the maximun value of the Marching Speed).

This was after the update of June 29th. and my companions were affected as well, but after the July 1st patch the companions improved their speed but mine was still stucked.

On June 28th update my army marching speed was 10 to 11 with 125 units on the army. with marching speed skill value 1/5

On june 29th my marching speed skill value was still 1/5, and the army marching speed was set to 4. Even with the July 1st patch.

I rised my marching speed skill is at 3/5 today and the speed remains at 4 with the same units.

same, i thought i had it figured out but it seems flippant, i was able to increase my marching speed one day by replacing all my slow troops with the new fast troops slowly but surely and i could see the speed increase in small increments but today i've found it's just stuck at 4 regardless of micromanagement :( thankfully holding Y relieves that frustration 100% so thanks for doing that as a way to at least not be burdened beyond any fun :)
