Top 10 P&C game hands down!
Albeit, from the reviews I read here, I was skeptical on even reaching the end in the first place.
There were worries from the beginning. Playing the paid version after testing the demo didn’t help either.
The inventory key didn’t work, the item icons that activate by touch of mouse cursor didn’t disappear, & fullscreen wouldn’t cover my desktop. But as with older games, solutions are available. For an actual fullscreen display, hit ‘ALT + Enter’ at start. The icon/hints issue depends on your difficulty selection. In easy, all item-icons were in constant display, making ‘easy’ easier. But in average difficulty, the item-icons worked as intended, but the highlight function was inoperable, making ‘average’ a bit harder. And although the inventory bar is now stuck, at least it’s usable. A slight annoyance but it serves its purpose without obstructing any necessary visuals. Now a ‘point & click’ game in its most simplistic form, once the story begins, it doesn’t even matter!
The game itself was one of the best I’ve come across. After the first chapter, I was hooked. From the engaging storyline to the variety of games, it was perfect. Difficult enough to get stuck at times, but enjoyable enough to prevent the need of a guide/walkthrough. Lucid Dreams was a surprise hit for me. Once you get going, you’ll be thinking...
“Wait..., what bugs?”

Fun little puzzle adventure. Would dock points for the fact that it apparently summoned a small rain cloud that is currently perched on my face.

Absolutely loved this beautiful game. It would be nice if they did a followup with perhaps the mother trying to find a cure for her daughter.
