[FIX] 1920x1080 resets to 640x480

For me the ConfigUtil.exe allows me any resolution except for 1920x1080 which it resets to 640x480 for some weird ass reason.

If you have the same problem, open up the "Larry.ini" file and manually put in the resolution.
