Hi all, im writing cause my email verification code never arrived on my email of Steam (i have the same email registred on albion so when log with albion launcher it give me some characters and when i log with steam i had anothers. Never understood why them never fixed it and i was playing with steam launcher so i really dont cared about it until i could play) the problem came when i log on steam, downloaded the game and tryed to launch it, i must place my email verification code they 'send' (i cant even ask from website resend email verification cause it tell me its already verified) and it never arrive. I was looking here and there looking if someone had my same problem but i found no fix yet. If anybody know how to fix that problem i could ask to marry me, i dont wanna create another email for a fresh steam account to play albion lol

Hi there, if you're not receiving your verification code we recommend emailing support@albiononline.com. The support team can check which the email address it's being sent to.

Also, if you're seeing different characters when logging in on Steam and the native client, check the email address associated with your Albion Online account when logging in on Steam at the bottom right corner of the character selection screen.

i think the issue start because i have the same email in both clients, because when i tryed on the site it send to me the email with the verification but when i try to log with steam (where i have all my progress in) it stuck on 'write the verification code' but it never arrive, just once when i did it via website. I already send an email to support, happend with twitch drops too, everything i collected from it finished in the native launcher characters, not in my steam account. Lets hope they can fix my problem. I gonna come back to upgrade how it finshed or if there is any fix that could help others too.

Hello,

There seems to be some confusion. One email can only be associated with one account. If you see different characters and don't receive a confirmation email when trying to log in on Steam, it means you've used a different email for your account on Steam.

Please keep in mind that the email for your Albion account isn't necessarily the same as the one you use for Steam itself, and it won't change if you change your Steam account email.

Try to recall which email you might have used for your Albion account on Steam, or reach out to our support team for help. support@albiononline.com

I mean, for what you said to me maybe if i changed my email on steam account albion dont renew the information. I dont remember if i changed it before to start the game or not(time pased and maybe i just forgott it but i still have the old email i had on my steam account and any email arrived there and is no traces of albion game there) but i had that answer: 'For security reasons, we require you to open a support ticket utilizing the e-mail associated with your Albion Online account so that we can properly review your request.' Now let me understand because i have an email issue where i cant recive the verification code and your teammate of support is telling me i need to write them with the email supposed i had before. Now, that make me a bit angry or just confused because if i have an email problem(When before i always played via steam so that mean i just had to log on it and press play to see my characters on steam accout SCHIMICO) he is asking to me to write a new ticket(more lose of time) with the email i suppose i had on steam account when i started to play(where the problem is it, and if it is like this what happend if i dont have anymore that email because i deleted it or something like this? When i use steam to evade any problems?) Now its like a joke, support have to help me to resolve my problems not to ask me to resolve my problem alone finding an email where i dont know why isnt enough my steam account where the progress was there? Sorry for my english, im so bad

Can you please update your ticket, or create another one with a header clearly stating that you've lost access to your original e-mail?
If it still doesn't help, please provide me with your support ticket and I'll clarify with our support team.

Can you please update your ticket, or create another one with a header clearly stating that you've lost access to your original e-mail?

I already updated my ticket asking if was possible remember me the email "lost" or just if they can just verified my private information via my steam account (who have the email where i send the ticket) and i get lit. ignored after that sad and uncare messagge (Your ticket (1029582) has been updated), i can create another one trying to explain it again.
