Bob´s glasses

According to some videos, in order to get glasses for Bob I need to talk to Jenny. I do exactly that, but she keeps telling me why she won´t give me the pill (I had handed her the berries already). Is it because I didn´t follow the sequence of quests? thanks

Check your journal. Did you talk with Bob after giving him his jacket so he can request glasses? You should see it in journal.

Also, if you select the plant jenny is holding you should get an ask prompt as the plant has glasses on.

Yes, bob the plant and bob you help in the mine. I wanted to distinguish between the 2 in order to be less confusing on how to obtain the glasses.

I have a similar problem. I talked to Bob and got the mission for glasses. By Jenny when I talk to Bob (the plant) this conversation goes on: "Oh, so... Do you give names to all your plants? .... " Nothint with the glasses.

as per animal_PLANET, you have to click on the PLANT (it has no glasses on it), not Jenny.

As per your SS I do not see the glasses on Bob. Are you sure you dont have them already in your inventory?

Hopefully thats the case because if not you may not be able to build up Jenny's trust enough and therefore Jenny will not give you the pill to get to fort. So if you dont give Bob his glasses he may not lead you to where you need to progress so Jenny will than trust you.

If the above post does not answer this - and I agree it looks like Bob is in fact missing his glasses - I would just ask @animal planet what the quest text is once you get his glasses? Is it the same or does it now tell you to take the glasses to Bob in the mine? Unfortunately the inventory hides this text.
If it does not update with new text directing you to hand over the glasses you have now gotten then maybe it could use that additional quest update.

I was about to put this post below in before I saw the new one above but I will add it anyway just in case.

OK so it does indeed appear that you are selecting the plant and it talks to her. Without video that's actually impossible to prove via screenshots as nobody can actually see that you have chosen the plant when you actually get her response. You may well have chosen her after taking the SS.... so.....

Logically I would assume that you have done everything correctly and for some reason it is actually talking to her instead and it is in fact a bug if it does this.

When I did this stage (twice) she was outside. When you go at night she is inside. I do not know if her default position at this stage of the quest is outside regardless of time of day or if you can complete this stage while she is inside - at night. So that is what I suggest you try. Come back at night and see if she is inside with Bob and try again.

Probably a useless comment since it does appear to me that Bob is missing his glasses and I suspect that they are in his inventory and that the quest text simply does not update at this point.

Nice catch spotting the glasses missing thing too.... well done.

When I got the glasses from jenny you can see the quest has updated saying get back to bob as per the SS below. Which it does not say for letschow and still says to find the glasses. So they dont have in their inventory. This maybe an issue later on?

@Letschow, what happens when you visit bob? Is he still in his room?

If the quest doesnt update and they do in fact have glasses that would be good. They need to re-visit bob and I kind of dont want to say more to avoid spoilers, but if they can visit Bob and progress past this. It will help not having to unfortunately restart so late in the game.

The glasses are on Jenny's plant? The plant's name is bob? You have to talk to the PLANT? Are you kidding?! Literally on day 70 with Forest zone 6 unlocked and I had to look this one up. FFS.
