Takeover issue

One issue I have encountered is that I would do a takeover of another company, I will have the cash reserves needed and the votes in the other company to back it, it will get approved but the company will disappear and I will lose everything. Is there something I am missing?

Аccording to the description, the company went bankrupt as a result of the merger, because of the debts of one of the companies. I will study this case and we will make changes to prevent the possibility of such a situation. Thanks for reporting.
