If I loaded up the soundtrack to Terminator, would you know what movie it was from? Or why he's called The Terminator?
There is one title which may be considered minor spoiler, it's a duration, when you play the game, you'll understand what that duration is.
Otherwise, lots of location have their soundtrack associated, so you have a soundtrack for each planet etc.
If you've seen the credits (the non-kazoo version, that is), it should be safe to enjoy the OST. Just be careful listening to it on YouTube, you might see recommendations for Echoes of the Eye music and see some spoiler-y track titles there.
The spoiler below should be safe for anyone who has finished the game, but may describe a bit much of the game for a new player:
The main things you can miss that add to the story in a significant way and have their own music are related to the "quantum fluctuations" signal, as well as the interior of two objects orbiting the sun that are not the main planets. It is also technically possible to skip extremely large portions of Brittle Hollow that only add to the background of the Nomai and aren't needed for endgame puzzles, but it's very unlikely because of how easy they are to find. If you have explored all of these to their conclusion, anything else you missed is probably some very minor site that isn't going to be spoiled by the soundtrack.
