You could use this as a checklist - https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/The_Sinking_City#Monetization
Chicago Organ Grinder - is not in the game.
From what I'm aware, this is the following DLC that is available for the game:
-Worshipers of Necronomicon DLC (3 additional quests)
-The Investigator DLC pack (exclusive private investigator outfit, permanent access to a first aid kit, antipsychotics and a crafting materials starter pack)
-Merciful Madness DLC (extra quests: Silence is Golden, Fool’s Gold, Defunct Brain Cylinders)
-Chicago Organ Grinder DLC (additional weapon skin)
thanks
EDIT: WolfishMeat7 posted at the same time as me. :)
So, it seems Chicago Organ Grinder isn't in, and Worshipers of the Necronomicon and Investigator Pack are in.
Anyone knows if the Merciful Madness DLC is in as well?
It's a good point and something I had thought of as well. The save data may contain flags on DLC unlocks, and in that case you don't really need to not have your other version to check for DLC. Just move the save files from their folder and start over, then see if you get the DLC.
You can test it yourself, buy the game, beat the introduction investigation(it can take 15-20 minutes) and you'll see it yourself,it will be a letter on the table in your hotel room.
You can refund the game,if I'm wrong
This Steam-release is the first time I've played this game. I have the quests that I now understand were added to the game as DLC when the game was first released as an Epic-exclusive.
As far as I can tell this release is the equivalent of the "Deluxe Edition" as described on the Store page for the game on Gamesplanet, but at a much lower price.
All of this confusion could've been easily avoided in Nacon just included this information in game description
