Bread pan tech doesn't have any effect

I'm pretty sure bread pan doesn't actually give +10 bread per batch, or if it does it doesn't display like every other tech. Also, the description of "Wood Selection" should probably say per batch instead of +24 for each tree to avoid ambiguity since 4 trees are consumed per batch.

Another bug: Every building has the same created at date.

Hey great catch, I'll make sure the bread pan upgrade is properly explained in the production details. Thanks! I'm not quite sure about the buildings having same create date, might be a rendering bug for me to look at, because the created date has implications in things that happen to a building.
