i have been playing 2020 for some time and desided to get cold war how ever i cant seem to locate the manual bond controls does anyone know were they are located?

There is no SR-CW feature to manually pay them back. Give your minister the "Improve Credit Rating" priority and he will pay off the bonds when you have a large enough treasury.

There's a mod called "Modern World" which adds a manual bond control feature for you to use.

ya a little different this one is .. but essentially verything is all there just re arranged-


on the bottom left of the main screen i swhere everything can be found.

Click on I believe the gold bars - click on the misiter controls under your financing options - and lock bond control or soscial spending .
