60fps is enough for me. I could downsample it to 4K but it messes up everything with my second monitor and with the steam overlay.

AMD optimization would make an bit of sense given all but switch have AMD cpu/gpu's.

I doubt this game will use more than 6GB VRAM at 4K, but what you said could be the case.

Aw damn, mine is Intel Core i5-7200U with a Intel GPU. Nevermind, i5-7200U is good enough. Strange that I have enough RAM.

Your not going to like this but for some reason your laptop can handle it at 1080p low.
I don't really see way GTX960m 2GB need be on low to run only thing I think of is VRAM is your limit factor.
