What kind of fps are you expecting to get ?

The problem is that you're playing with a laptop, and you've got a weak video card

Make sure 100% that the dedicated video card is used when playing CS:GO, use GPU-Z -> senzors to see if the dedicated card it's used or the intel hd graphics.

You should all manually update your video card drivers...also set your computer to performance over graphics (power consumpiton options in windows control panel).. and also the graphic card can have some performance settings which you should apply... Specially if you play on a laptop power saving settings might really lower your fps... hope it helps

I am having the same problem - I have 200 or even close to 300 FPS and then in certain parts of the map or against other players my FPS will drop to 40/50 - then to 30/40 and then to 10/20 FPS - once it does that - it really starts to fluctuate and then really start to drop off

I have an I7 6500u with Nvidia 940mx and an integrated NVidia card aswell and get down in the 20s sometimes even at a lower resolution. I'm on a laptop too but I should easily be able to run this. Power setting for card is set to adaptive and high performance for standard power options.
