Offline: Pause?

I understand why I can't pause the game when I'm connected to a server, but if I'm playing a local offline game with bots, I'd expect that I can pause the game without having it continue on without me. Is there a way to do this that I haven't found?

does it give any msg like client cheat? if so sv_cheats 1, may allow pause, also you need to enable pause to begin with, sv_pausable 1

Thanks Dx: I entered "sv_pausable 1", and now I can pause the game by entering "pause" in the console. ("sv_cheats 1" doesn't seem to be necessary.)
