How much did you spend on cases before you got a knife?

Just curious, so far the cases have been garbage. Opened about 200 of them and maybe got $30 worth of skins.

Well i got super lucky and spent maybe 50$ on cases before my first knife. Then again, i just opened 100 cases a few days ago and didn't get one so.... yeah. that tells you how rare it can be.

Agreed Boxer, wow Unhazed, and nice Boom. Yeah the odds are ridiculously low but it's like playing the slots, too much fun at the same time.

Exactly. Plus having a knife you unboxed is so much more satisfying then having one you bought.

Agreed, even watching the unboxing videos makes you want to open more cases.

That's my problem.... I see people like nick get 1 knife and 2 hyper beasts in like 70 cases and I want to open more XD

I have never got a knife or seen one go past as the case opened.
I have resigned myself to either buying one or accepting I don't have one.
Currently i have no need for a knife so I accept it.

Opening of cases is the dumbest Idea in CSGO History. But good to see there are still people around doing it :D

Boom, I am right there with you. It is enjoyable and you do get that feeling in your stomach as you see something good coming up(and normally passing by).

Bummer. Yeah, I gave up on trying. Think I have done two cases in past 5 years. Both gave me 3 cent skins. But I guess if we actually got them semi regularly, would they be worth anything? I think the biggest issue is the streamers who make us believe they get them very fast but could very easily keep restarting the recording after every 10 or 20 cases until they actually hit one that appears quick. And of course with a ton of subscribers, they essentially get the cases for free. They are addictive which is why I avoid it.
