Can't join friends in casual?

From the friends list, the join game button is often greyed out even when the server isn't full

left click csgo and were it says browse local files the on the search bax type direct x then install the blue one then wait and play multiplayer i might do a video

Go to your friend chat, Click on Game Info, or Hub Info, You will see "Join Game"
