Feminine girl gamers, how do you deal with harassment?

I'm stepping back into counter strike more often, and I was wondering how more feminine gamer girls deal with harassment? I've never been that outwardly feminine on multiplayer games, (mainly for my own safety) And haven't experienced much harassment, but what is it like for super fem gamer girls? And any advice on getting out of situations like that?

Everytime I see harrasment it's because they have a selfie as profile picture.

You might argue you shouldn't have to hide identity to enjoy the game, but it's not like you see loads of guys using selfies.

Voice on the other hand, not going to suggest a voice changer lol, but at least without a selfie pfp would attract less attention.

Use pings, avoid voice communication, don't have a girly profile or picture. If you give them nothing to attack you with, they can't do anything.

By expressing yourself, whether through gender identity or political stuff, you open yourself up to harassment. A Russian player that has Russian name and Russian language on profile will get attacked for being Russian. I'm not Russian neither Ukrainian but because I have a Ukrainian player on pfp and Russian text in comments, people often talk ♥♥♥♥ to me over being Russian or Ukrainian.

"if you give them nothing to attack you with they can't do anything" except they still will attack you. they'll make things up. they don't need to know your nationality to assume it's one they hate the most, and they won't care if you're not of that nationality, if you will tell them you're not of that nationality they'll just tell you you're lying.
they will also attack you for playing "wrong" or "bad" even if you are the only player actually doing something to win

unless you're in a more-or-less safe environment, for example a community server you know has good people, just keep everybody muted. by default. that's how I deal with toxicity and keep myself motivated to play.
