Can you still drop cases or it's just once per week?

I started playing cs again and i noticed every week you level up and get a case.

Is it the only way now? I remember you used to just play the game to have a chance to drop even more than 1 case (or a skin? i may be wrong here tho).

One case per week when you level up 1 time.

yes, no more drops at random times, the only way is to earn XP on official servers
