Competitive Ban

I was banned for having a internet problem during a game and i was banned for 7 days because of it I am not sure if the ban can be lifted because of it. So I got banned of my internet having problems and the valve servers banned me for thinking I probobly left on purpose or so but I hope I can find a way for my ban to be lifted.
