what is eco?
I get a lot of complains about not "going eco", but what does it mean? I am LE, and apperantly I should now about this...

There's usually no point buying SMG's if the enemy team is AWP's, autos, and M4/AK, as you'll probably get rolled. So you sacrifice a round and save for next round.

Eco usually means light buy (or no buy). Essentially, you should leave spawn with $2000-$2500. So you can maybe buy a pistol and/or a flash. When you lose 2 in a row, you get $1900. You need $4000+ to "buy full"

You also get extra money for planting a bomb, even if you lose. So if your team says, "plant for the money", that's what they are referring to.
