Can i get vac ban using double click mode in mouse?

Depends on the type of program you are using to do so. If not using a program and using say a bind, it is most definetly not a bannable offense. (Not bannable by VAC, from community servers admins that's a different story.)

I don't think it is, since it's not a software that is doing it. Do not take my word for it however, I never used it so before you go ham with it, send a ticket to steam support and see what they tell you about it. VAC only bans players that have a software program that modifies the game while it runs.

In that case no, you won't get VAC'd. For instance I still use a jumpthrow bind. It's illegal in some competitve leagues but, in just playing the game, it's completely fine. Just frowned upon.
