CS Go Case Investigators & Cheaters

Good afternoon.
My name is George , currently known, (in my online gaming circles ) as Asfilion.
I’v been a part of the CS GO community in my country and abroad for many years. Since the age of 15 and am currently 28.
However, am not here to brag or talk about myself (I don’t like doing that). The reason why am writing to you guys is this:
OVERWATCH INVESTIGATORS & CHEATERS
Since the creation of “cheats” normal people like myself, which try to enjoy a certain game cannot because this type of “people” if I can call them that are ruining the experience and joy out of the game.

So, I have an idea which will benefit both you guys (VALVE), will make cheaters think twice before cheating and will make the Over Watch Investigators really really happy to give accurate results to the investigation procedure.

It’s simple, instead of rewarding that Over Watch Investigator just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ XP , (sorry but it’s true and worthless for my time), why not give him the best CS Go skin that cheater might have in his inventory as a prize?

For example Suspect X has 200 US Dollars’ worth of skins in his account, best skin being an Asiimov F/T Awp worth approximately = $35. This player was reported for suspicious activity and an over watch investigator will be handling his case. Who handles this case?

Well that can be done randomly through a selective pool of experienced Investigators (this will force future rookie investigators to generate much better results in order to become experienced and accurate investigators).

Now, whoever that Investigator might be, if his results are accurate he should be awarded the best skin in that cheater’s CS Go inventory in the case the cheater gets a permanent ban from Valve. If that cheater gets only a warning or a specific time of ban then no skins should be taken from him.

This will create an eagerness among the Investigator Community of CS Go, each time they will receive an over watch case to handle they will wonder if this time will be their time to receive a CS go skin. This will generate very fast and much more accurate results.

Please take it into consideration, am not a kid who is just randomly trying to gain some sort of reputation or something like that. Time and thought was given into this idea and respect should be given to it. As a CS Go Veteran I really believe this implementation would be widely accepted by the CS Go community and really much appreciated.

More elaboration and commitment can be offered for this idea to work but before I do so I would like to receive your opinion concerning this topic.

This is known as stealing or theft. Just because they cheated doesn't mean you can take items they payed for.

So in my opinion if you want my accurate and solid judgement in a field where i earned my experience through your game you should reward me accordingly not give me simple pat on the back.

Reward is already given cause cheaters and cheats are way too many for them to handle alone so they request our time, and it's on the basis of our time spent that this type of reward is given.

Why should it be stealing?
Because the items DON'T belong to Valve. The owner, no matter if they've cheated or not, owns them. It's like if someone went to prison in real life, yes they've done something wrong but the justice system can't just start handing out their belongings, they don't own them.

Valve doesn't own the items and no lives are instantaneously lost by cheating in CS:GO.

id suggest you do so yourself as your hypocrisy is clearly showing in this post.

this is kinda illegal on more levels then i could possibly fit into a steam forum textbox. You have no power over anything and valve has limited powers over the accounts bound by the contract that we do not cheat and accordingly we do not get banned and our items frozen.

as for real life items such as my payed off car and assorted other vehicles lets just say my country of Canada would be basically violating human rights laws, our local laws, and UN laws dare they claim soverign nonsense allows them to confiscate my property

he is both a hypocrite and disgusting as he wants more than a reward. He wants the best of the best items as the reward from the convicted cheaters inventories even if the item was legit bought; he is just being a little naive in thinking we cannot see right through his little show
