Does not make sense to me for reasons stated above, they confirmed the bot was theirs and my trade history shows nothing else. The full control of account comment also sounds a little paranoid since they need my mobile authentication.
not sure if it was sold outside of steam or on marketplace, they had no proof of where the item went, it just vanished
turned out the item sold and there was a 24hr+ delay of showing that it had sold
thats your only real hope, that the system delayed and delisted turns out to be an error due to the delay

Steam support will not assist with you using a 3rd party skin site not affiliated with Valve at all.
It is always, use at your own risk.
Support can't help. All it will do is make the line longer for everyone and waste supports time.
you have to go through Bitskins support now if you think you're a victim of fraud.
you can only report the Bitskins(or whatever) bot to Valve.
