Is it possible to get CS:GO SDK without prime?

Check any history posts about this problem. Many people claim that they didnt have SDK access when they got free prime.

I only use those accounts on my laptop. This account is on my PC. Never connected the 2, ever.

The only one it does not show up on is my limited account.

I have free Prime and I can't use SDK. I don't think there is any other way to have SDK without buying Prime. I Wish you lucky.
