he was probably overwatched and sometimes it takes a lot of time before the case to be sent and reviewed some cases still have the old dust map in it thats how long it takes for an overwatch case to get to done

You actually think Trust Factor is sophisticated enough for that? Clearly have no idea how TF works. I get matched with loads of high TF players, with loads of games, years on steam/activity etc.

Go check your stats and see how many people you played with/against got banned and come back here to tell us the truth.

Yes, some bans can be from other games but CSGO is the most cheated game ever so chances are, if they cheat elsewhere, they will cheat in CSGO.

Having a lifetime subscription for a cheat doesn't mean that he actually cheats.

1) He could have quit cheating some time after purchasing the cheat.
2) He might only use it in HvH servers.
3) He might only use them against bots.
