why is smurfing not bannable
think about it, you're just ruining the enemy players game and day

what kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ would do that

Smurfing is not bannable because smurfs are not cheaters. Valve does have a system to pair smurfs against smurfs but it’s not perfect they have shown us they have a system because smurfs have a tendacy not to get regular cool downs on their first ten games on the account.

Instead of banning smurfs Valve suppoused to upgrade the ranking system. But they didn't. So now game is dead. Banning for smurfing is useless cuz you never can know if someone is smurfing or just got deranked cuz Valve can't fix anti-cheat. If rank system was working good, smurfs were ez rank up, but it is not, so they can keep playing on low ranks.
Moreover stupid lose-a-rank-for-no-play system helps them to smurf. I have some "smurf" accounts, but I never was going to smurf. I just don't have time to play on all of them before Valve derank me for no activity.

People of a way higher skill usually are not allowed to play with newbies, CS is a competitive game that has a relation with sport (cyber sport) and it suppoused to have the same system. And Valve did it (called ranks) but they've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up it. However leaving smurfs be free to smurf makes this game be just unfair.

Challange is fun, untill it is a challange. But playing against people whom you obviously will never win is not fun. There is a big difference between winning a hard game against someone who is a bit better then you, and losing like close to 0-16 in a game that had no chanse to be won from the early beginning. Rank up and you will face a lof of challanges on a high rank. But challange on silvers-mg ranks? Really? And you've said that you like to play against cheaters just cuz killing a cheater makes you feel good. Does it mean that you are also ok with lost of cheats in cs? XD

On third party websites it is. But you only create an acc on those sites in order to play that very game. People on steam have more accs for many reasons - because of csgo and because of other reasons. Banning people for using multiple own steam accs wouldn't be a good idea.
