vilkas (compainons) following and talking
vilkas keeps coming up to me and starts a convo with his fists up. i exit the convo and he starts a new one. he follows me every where, literally. i have used the command module to resurect him i have even tryed revalidating the files through propeties

He did this with me too. The way i fixed it was get rid of all my bounties in all the holds. And if you don't have any bounties then just try to run away from him suchas starting a conversation in which he has a bit of dialogue. Then exit out of it quickly and then sprint to the exit or whatever, sneak/steal a horse, and ride off up to the hills and then fast-travel to where you want to go. If you try fast-traveling whilst he's near you it will show up as the guards are followeing you.

How did you get rid of the bounties. I killed some thalmor today and somehow I got bounty from whiterun added and I was near windheiem when i did this.

All I had to do was talk to the guards in the hold in question. If that doesn't do it, break some laws in front of them.

How does that get brid of the bounty. If I pay my fines I seem to always still have a bounty on my head. Every gaurd seems to want his or hers share.

If paying off your bounty isn't clearing it then i don't know what to tll you. I've never run into that happening. Have you tried going to jail to see if that will clear it.

Yes, but that was part of a quest at Markhath to dowith the Forsworn. I don't believe I ever had it cleared at any time while playing all the characters I have created. I just thought it was part of the game. And I read somewhere that it bwould go down after some time. and after doing some good deeds for the holds.

A long shot, but try using a shout at one of the guards.
