Help?

I'm a little late, I know but I recently purchased the game and popped it into my laptop. My laptop practically blew up while trying to run it, so I took the disk out. I placed it then into my dersktop and installed it. When I clicked play, It brought up the steam library and said I needed to purchase the game. Tips?

If you haven't done so already, when Steam loads, click on Games (top left of screen) click activate a product on steam, enter the game code and follow any on screen instructions then go and paint a few walls while you wait for Steam to do it's thing at a pitifully slow speed, no matter how fast your connection is. Good luck, the game is worth it.

Hmm, it might be because you installed it on your laptop therefore using the licence key presumably at that point. Apart from contacting the game developers or sorting out the laptop, I don't know what else you could really do about it. Is the laptop overheating or something?

Is your laptop up-to-date in terms of graphics space? Or disk space in general?

Umm, I crashed my old computer, finished my home built and had no problem getting it up and running and did not even have to reinstall my mods. All that were sub downloaded right afterwards. Check your code thrice.
