Travel Cloaks?

NPCs have travel cloaks on that my character can also wear, but I don't have WIC, what mod is it?

Could be Frostfall or cloaks in skyrim, have u checked ure load order?

so... you have a mod that you didnt think you had? maybe you need to check all your mod's you have.
