patch 1.9 help

Is there some place I can download this patch so I can max all of my skills?

You will already have it.

Look in the bottom left corner of the menu window when you press pause in game. It will say 1.9 (and some more numbers)

Pause the game. If you can set the difficulty to Legendary, then you will be able to max out your skills.

I on the other hand do not wish to max out my skills. I wish to specialise my skills, of course reaching 100 % in some, but not all. I don't think RPG's are real RPG's when you can 'Max' everything out.

Kinda defeats the object of 'playing a role'...

Oh thank you so much. Ya I know what you mean but for me its just easier to max it all out because I have trouble deciding if i want to play with fire or shoot ppl with my bow.
