Skyrim SKSE and Steam Workshop
I want SkyUI but I need SKSE. If I launch Skyrim from the new launcher TESV.exe will my Steam Workshop mods still be on it?

Yup.

You just have to launch the game with the SKSE launcher.

Incidentally, you can still bring up the Skyrim Launcher from the Library, to access your options and data files list. Your plug ins will also show up in BOSS and Nexus mod manager.

So just making sure, the Skyrim Workshops Mods and Nexus Mods are already plugged in even when I launch it from the new .exe?
Yup :)

They are patches installed into your Skyrim Data folder....when you download and install a mod, it is installed onto your computer, the Steam cloud is simply synchronising data to be able to communicate with the server and keep your game updated. (<--waffle)

Does it keep your Steam Workshop mods up to date if you launch it through SKSE?

Not automatically. If you're going to keep using Workshop mods, you'll have to run the vanilla launcher occasionally to check for updates. Once it updates, you can just open the Data Files option, make sure what you want is checked, then close the launcher and start it with the SKSE launcher.

You need to start game through SKSE for SKYUI to work properly and if you have NMM on all (Nexus and workshop) mods will show there, as well they all are in data file of game.
You can deactive mods by the data file or NMM, but to delete mods from workshop you must do that through workshop and the same for nexus mods through NMM.
