Cant get to Solstheim

when i try to take the boat to solstheim i get stuck on an infinite loading screen... anyone else having this issue?

Dawnguard.esm
HearthFires
HighResTP1
HighResTP2
HighResTP3
Black Mage Armor

Go to the Workshop and get Artmoor's Unofficial Skyrim/Dawnguard/Hearthfires/Dragonborn/High Res Patches

Note that the load order for the expansions should be Dawnguard, Hearthfires, Dragonborn, then the High Resses (with the Unofficial Patches going in a block after those, in the same order).
