Whar bug is that? I have close to a thousand hours and I don't know about it.
The game doesn't have that many bugs. It's not bug-free but it is more than just "playable", given the scope of the game. Many people are complaining about bugs because they are using mods that are in conflict. The base game has relatively few bugs if you are not using mods.
The lip-sync bug exists, and it isn't caused by mods. Showed up with the last patch and it's present for many in unmodded Skyrim on PC and console. Check the official forums.
If you don't have it, I envy you. It doesn't ruin the game but it is distracting.
Hopefully they'll patch it eventually.
Despite it, the game is very stable, fun and well worth playing imho. 2000 hours worth.
