Will this feature be added in case I have to do a system restore again?

its already added and we all turned it off because it ♥♥♥♥♥ up 90% of the time or did.

most of the infinite loading errors seem to be caused by the steam cloud saves .
granted it's usually mod related also..
meaning that if you delte or add mods inbetween saves , the steam cloud doesn't know that so it just syncs you up to youre last saved game
