Jogon points out the game play, and this, we all really should do...otherwise, it takes the sense of challenge and achievement out of it.
But for those who want to mod. And for those who just don't want to play by the parameters...there's the Creation Kit. It isn't for kids though....well. Depends how well you can learn it really. It is not as easy as you might think, so have a think about it.
Learning how to enchant in the game is tricky at first, but easy once you get the hang of it and once you 'earn' the skill through levelling up in the game. Just take your time and you will get there. Once you learn more ench's, you can become fairly profficient at it...
