Skyrim not detecting Graphics card

I have a PC with an I7 and an AMD graphics card, and skyrim only detects the onboard graphics and not my graphics card! Please help the game plays terrible!

When you open the launcher, click on options and then select whatever defalt you wish to use, or set it up manually by clicking advanced. If that doesn't work, then try messing around with your computer's defalt settings through the control panel. Both of those don't work; I have no idea.
