Skyrim-Help! I Cant Make It Stop!

Please forgive me if this issue has already been addressed, I have had LOTS of mods, and unsub the ones that dont work or I just am not happy with, I recently subbed a mod that had to do with Alduin-but cannot recollect the name of this mod. My bane and frustration is the repawning dragons-first it was just Alduin, deleted all saves up to that point, quit and then started a new game-no Alduin respawning...However things were ok until I got to Whiterun -outside the gates-heard a dragon and then suddenly there were like 9- is there a way to enter a code to correct this or do I need to uninstall, reinstall Skyrim? Any help will be appreciated, I love this game-have Morrowind and Oblivion and played through those, also if I used stupid ways to explain or describe this problem, I am 54 years old and I also have 'chemo brain...'

do you mean that its spawning 9 dragons outside whiterun?
and can you give us you load order. you can get the app "BOSS" to make a loadorder for you and you can copy paste the list here

you will need ApachiiSkyHair for the maven.esp (or you will CTD when the game tries to load the files connection to this mod)
you need to update your bird mod to BirdsHFclean.esp
and you got to clean your dirty mods with TES5EDIT.
on the cause at hand with all the dragons i can't say :/ i can't really see any mods that does that (but there is some im unsure with here tho)

you have alot of dirty mods here, witch you got to clean!
