Modding skyrim which is on my second hard drive HELP!!!

I am going to be modding my skyrim with an enb and loads of mods, but am wondering will it work on my second hard drive, steam gives me the option to install the game on the 2nd hard drive but do not know where to save it?

i dont really understand your question , when you run an enb you install it to the games main folder ( the one that has tesv.exe) here's where mine is E:\steam games\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim , i have it on a different drive from my os , i have no issues , just know the location , and before you do anything run the game for a bit to make sure it works , only install mods one at a time and learn about boss and tesvedit , you can break the game if you just start messing with mods and configs without 1st learning what your doing

lol, what i meant was i am adding mods using mod manager, and will also add an enb,. i belive i go into the drive the game is in, find steam apps etc, find skyrim and add the enb file with the data (not in data file). I also know how to use the ini file, which i will only change 2 things. Thanks!!
