Constant Object Reposition/Stuttering

Just picked up a copy of this game and I am currently on my 4th hour playtime. One thing that has been bothering me ever since is the micro-re-position-like action on all objects that moves. For example, when my horse is fighting with some animal, they 'float' upwards as they fight. Another example, the mammoth I see at a distance super-micro stutters. It is as if the game has an anti-stuck mechanism that constantly re-positions things. This is specially annoying when I am on the road with my horse, because it keeps teleporting up then down.

Is there a fix for this?? I believe I did not see this bug when the game first came out.

For an update, I started a new game just for a test and saw wagons almost 'flipped' over many times during the dialog. I guess a total reinstall is needed in my case. :(

Found the solution on other forums, just in case anyone is on the same boat as I was.
This problem is similar or the same with -

Solution - Limit your FPS to 80 and turn on VSync (on by default) or you can lower your monitor's refresh rate. Before the change took place, my monitor was set to 120hz. As soon as I lowered it to 100hz the super flickering mammoth stopped but still happened occasionally. This problem completely stops after changing the refresh rate to 60hz.
