Well likely they're not gonna say "our next game is smaller and not our best work".

The Legendary Edition won't really require any work from Bethesda, it's just the base game bundled with all the DLC. Also The Elder Scrolls: Online won't be their next biggest game, because Bethesda Game Studios isn't making TES:O, Zenimax Online is. While it's too early to tell a safe bet would be to assume that Fallout 4 is their next big title.

It is a horror game they're developing at the moment. The Evil Within, that is the name and they leaked the pictures and a video too. Pictures, that i did see but not the video. It looks pretty dark as in suitable for 18+.

As @Pieni Mursu pointed out, The Evil Within is being developed by Tango Gameworks. The people who actually made Fallout 3 and Skyrim work for Bethesda Game Studios. People often don't understand the difference between a Publisher and a Developer:

Bethesda Softworks = Publisher
Bethesda Game Studios = Developer
