Where you can kill every single imperial in the game. I am talking about Officers and all the others. Or does this happen if the Stormcloaks win the war.

I would like to put the sword to General Tulius.

I can see why if you were an imperial if you could put the sword to Ulfric. I keep looking for Haldvar but never have found him wanted to kill him for not stopping that Captain for wanting to take my head.

You can do it manually with the console. Just open it up, select the NPC, check it's ID and type "setessential (NPC's ID) 0".

Essential kills on the workshop. I also put a sword to ulfric before this was posted. :3

at the end of the stormcloak quests you kill Tulius. The mod 'kill them generals' lets you kill all except ulfric, tulius, Galmar and whatever his Imperial equivelent is.

Even after joining the stormcloaks and winning the civil war there are legates out in the feild that cannot be killed, those are the ones I'd like to get rid of.

I suppose several quests would become unavailable to you if you would kill every imperial in the game.

When you complete the civil war storyline, you are given the option to kill the leader of the other faction. Killing either of them before that point will break parts of the game.

There are several named commanders for both factions scattered around the continent. By default they are tagged as both "protected" and "essential" but removing the essential tag and killing them will not have severe negative affects.

Also, if you do go on a killing-spree, don't confuse Imperial (the race) with Imperial Legion (the faction), they are NOT the same.

There's no need for a mod or the use of console commands. Open Skyrim.ini in your Documents/My Games/Skyrim folder and add the following lines:

[Gameplay]
bEssentialTakeNoDamage=0

This will make every essential NPC killable, but it can break story- and questlines.
