Fistfights/Brawls

Don't you people hate it when your having a fistfight and then you acidentaly hit someone walking past and it turns into a war inside a tavern! (Especially when Inigo is shouting Insults at everyone)

And then comes the guard and arrest you. Yeah, I hate that.

lol. Yeah. Also last night I fast travelled into Whiterun and there was an immediate attack of vampires or something at the main gate and various Whiterun guards and citizens got involved. It was dark and I couldn't tell who was the enemy so swung aimlessly with my warhammer and accidentally killed Nazeem, one of the locals. So the guards suddenly shouted "Murder" and put a bounty on my head. I really didn't fancy a black name in Whiterun so I went back to a previous save. :)

Yeh, right. It was a pure accident. Do you need a witness? My Dragonborn will swear that it was a suicide or that he was a vampire servant and it was a self-defense or that you was not even in Whiterun then the "accident" happened.

But the necessity to watch who you hit all the time and the NPC having no self-preservation instincts are very annoying.

I love the mods for Friends Forever and Non-Hostile Friendly Fire.

I can't play Skyrim without it, because I am an Archer Stealth Mage.

In other words, every 2 seconds, something I am doing hits something or someone unintended especially when "helpers" jump in the path of my fire.

lol. Actually getting back to the original subject when I was really new on Skyrim I had a fist fight with someone in the tavern where all the Companions hang out (can't remember the name of the guy) so I thought "why not? I'll take this creep on" and started lashing out. But then the strong warrior girl who is always sitting there (again, the name escapes me) stood up and I accidentally punched her instead. She attacked and killed me more or less immediately because my skills were relatively low back then. lol

I mentioned it before, but i will agin. I got a bounty for Whiterun. When I killed someone (thalmor) as far west on the map you can go in the middle of nowhere and no-one in site. Those darn sheep must've saw me.

hehe. Those pesky sheep eh? Totally bahhh-dazz. :)
Also yesterday I fast travelled to Whiterun to sell my wares and one of the guards immediately accosted me and said "you've committed crimes against blah blah blah" and I had the option to pay 1000 gold, go to prison or rather die fighting. I had absolutely no idea what he was on about, I don't remember killing an Imperial. Also whatever happened to my Thane of Whiterun title - I thought I was supposed to get away with everything!

Yeah I do that but whenever something attacks a city likes wolves or whatever,sometimes my game lags and I miss and hit a townsperson or whatever.

haha! I haven't spoken to him much I have to admit as I wasn't really interested in him but now you tell me what he's like maybe I'll break into his house next time and do the deed! I guess 40 gold isn't much of a punishment! Ooh I'm becoming such a megalomaniac in Skyrim!

Yep, especially when NPC's will purposefully run into the middle of the fight when they're trying to get a better view and then end up getting hit. Also when the bard won't play any music in the background of the fight, he'll keep saying he'll play ragnar the red or whatever then he stops and says it again and it repeats. They better fix this in TES VI, the AI is worse than it has ever been in any Bethesda game.

I once accidentaly started a fistfight in Dragonsreach and teh jarl got involved (I acidently hit him) and then the whole town of whiterun was on me and Lydia, I when't into my pants and ran all off the way through Whiterun Virtually Naked with Lydia and about 20 Guards, the Jarl, Irelith and all of teh villagers behind me!! :)
