I seriously doubt you could run Realvision, not even the performance setting. I've never heard of the Wilds ENB so I can't say
Aren't ENB's adjustable to an extent though? One thing I generally disable in games is AA (personal preference), and so, assuming I turn off AA, would I be able to run it?
There is an ENB Performance mod. Also, this is a good thread on substitutions people use as well as more discussion on ENB itself. I'm going to try different set ups and compare myself.

Yes but not enough to give huge performance boosts, at least not in my experience. Tweaking ENB settings has only ever given me a 2-3 fps increase. Without AA I'm still skeptical but it's worth a shot if you know how to install and tweak an ENB

Well, it's funny you mention that, because I am absolutely clueless as to how to install ENB's. But yeah, it's definitely worth a shot; Skyrim's probably the best 'next-gen' game out there.

Okay, what I would suggest then is installing a very basic ENB which you know for a fact you can run, e.g. Potato ENB or Performance and Realistic ENB (LOW) first that way if there are any issues you know it's the install, if it works swap out to RealVision, if not, try again. Good luck with whatever you choose to do, first install of an ENB is always a tad tricky.

Can I ask for your PC specs? Might help me to an extent...
My system is laughable for full ENB but I can run Ultra with little problem, so maybe it's not as bad as you'd think.
From what I read what matters is what ENB you install as much as hardware.
I'm gradually adding overhauls and graphic mods, and want to compare with the low load ENBs for giggles or to see if they work.
My system is AMD 8350, 660 GTX OC - 2GB, 8GB G.Skill -- Often enough it overperforms even though Skyrim is not optimal with AMD in structure. I do a lot of optimation, turn off Aero etc. when running, and things like that. I probably shouldn't mess with it but the flora is the big thing -- I have the NPC close to how I want.
I do want to try some of the things in the thread I linked.
Nah, already have the hardware.

Nice!

Here's another good thread.
