Skyrim crashing

Every time I start up skyrim it crashes and I have no mods and have re-downloaded it multiple times. Please help.

Is your Skyrim up to date = 1.9.32.0.8 , have you had mods installed before, do you have all 3 dlc's

i have legendary version and automatic updates set to keep game up to date.

Okay, 2 down from play is DATA FILE open it up and what you see is your LOAD-ORDER and this is EXTREMLY IMPORTANT to your game. The load order should be from top down = Dawnguard.esm, Hearthfires.esm and then Dragonborn.esm

ok it is dawnguard dragonborn hearthfires i fixed it. and... it still dosen't work.

I think what you need is a clean slate. If you can jump into your game and go to make a save, but instead go into load and DELETE all saves, exit game, next go into DATA FILE and uncheck all mods, if you have The Nexus Mod Manager uncheck all those mods too. RIGHT click on SKYRIM in your list of games, and scroll down to DELETE LOCAL CONTENT and LEFT click on it, SKYRIM IS NOW UNINSTALLED. Now go into your computer under DOCUMENTS / MY GAMES and DELETE ALL THINGS SKYRIM, all that should remain is a empty SKYRIM FILE. NOW REINSTALL SKYRIM. DO NOT install mods untill you escape helgen and then do so one at a time to make sure they work together. check out BOSS or LOOT and sort your load order for you and tell you of conflicting mods-awesome tool for Skyrim. GOOD-LUCK...

Is the game crashing before you can load your save?
Also what is your current load order now?

It gets to the bathesda screen in the loading part then immediatly after crashes.

Yep that definately sounds like a Load Order problem.
When you run skyrim and you get the launcher screen Click on Data Files and see if you can get it like this

[x]Skyrim.esm
[x]Update.esm
[x]Dawnguard.esm
[x]Hearthfires.esm
[x]Dragonborn.esm

If you still crash try setting it as
[x]Skyrim.esm
[]Update.esm
[]Dawnguard.esm
[]Hearthfires.esm
[]Dragonborn.esm

For start install patches then sort load order using BOSS.
Skyrim update must be ticked in box.
DLCs can be left unticked or ticked.
But you will require the patches. Pinned at top of forum page, also nexus mod Sktrim and its mod manager to install patches.
