health bar magicka bar..
hello folks so why is my health bar and magicka bar frozen?? it's really annoying i need to go into powers and stuff too be able to see how much hp i have left pls help i tried re-installing and verify steam cahce no one helped.. :(

yes but this appeard to when it was brand new

Delete local content, download game files again, start a new game from scratch, what happens then?
