Usually the first to load in to dota and cs go, new vegas goes in a blink. bf3 times are faster than average.
Look in your /documents/my games/skyrim/saves folder and see if the saves with longer loading times are significantly larger than earlier ones with faster loading times.
Also, do you use the unofficial Skyrim patch? It fixes some vanilla issues that eventually cause saves to bloat.
Also I found that alot of saves I had deleted from inside the game were still there, and after I removed them the loading times got alot faster, now it's at about 7-16 seconds.
Still a bit too long for my taste but at least it's playable.
No, I didnt have the patch, but have installed it now.
Tho the problem is mostly fixed, if I can cut it even lower that'd be great.
