Extremely slow loading times

I'm having issues with extremely long loading times, we're talking anything from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, which doesnt make sense since my I have the game on a fairly new Samsung 840 EVO ssd (which came out in the autumn of 2013) and my computer is more than good enough to run skyrim.
When I bought skyrim I was running it on my laptop with a 5800rps hdd (or something like that) and the loading screens were too fast to even read the first word of the tips in the loading screens, and it was like that for atleast 80 hours, then it started getting slower and slower.
Right before I bought my new computer (the one with an ssd) it had reached abouts 1min-3min loading times.
I've looked around alot for something to speed it up, but havent found anything.
I dont run it with alot of mods and I've turned off the dlc, but its still unbearingly slow.

System specs are:
8350
Geforce gtx 760 rev 2
8 gb ram
Seagate barracuda 1gb hdd (OS is here)
Samsung 840 EVO 250gb (skyrim is here)

Also adding that I dont have problems with loading times on any other games on my ssd
Usually the first to load in to dota and cs go, new vegas goes in a blink. bf3 times are faster than average.

Sounds like it could be save bloat.

Look in your /documents/my games/skyrim/saves folder and see if the saves with longer loading times are significantly larger than earlier ones with faster loading times.

Also, do you use the unofficial Skyrim patch? It fixes some vanilla issues that eventually cause saves to bloat.

Yeah, I had one from one year ago at 4.5mb and one from last week with 30mb, but the loading times are pretty much the same on both.
Also I found that alot of saves I had deleted from inside the game were still there, and after I removed them the loading times got alot faster, now it's at about 7-16 seconds.
Still a bit too long for my taste but at least it's playable.
No, I didnt have the patch, but have installed it now.
Tho the problem is mostly fixed, if I can cut it even lower that'd be great.
