sry but there is no reason not to use skse. same for enb's when your pc can handle it. since nexus mod manager its so damned easy to install and deinstall mods there is really no reason to use the very limited workshop

The catch is that you can not create a GUI mod with the Creation Kit. - You need to reverse engineer the flash files describing the menus.

No idea. It's a simple download and now it comes with a memeory patch which all but removes CTD's.
